Bullet pouch, 1847. Brown leather ammunition bag. Bag has a canvas strap for hanging over shoulder. Front flap tapers into a vertical piece with a pointed end. Canvas strap has four small, linen squares attached. Canvas strap has one small, leather circle with squared edges attached. Canvas strap is attached to ammunition pouch by leather string. |
