Silver metal badge in the shape of a six-pointed star, with a stamped swirly border around the edges and spheres attached to each of the star's points. On the star's top and bottom points are small stamped flourishes; stamped in black across the front is "C.M.A.A. / 3 / NAVAL HOSPITAL / CORVALLIS, OREGON."
