Japanese Egg Sushi Pan, c. 1930-1970. Galvanized metal square pan is blackened with use and has a short wooden handle with two recessed rings about one-third down from the rounded tip. Handle is secured with two rivets in metal neck. Used for cooking egg while making sushi. |
