Crucible, c. 1910-1940. Crucible for making lead fishing weights, used in the ocean to catch fish and rock fish. Metal bar horizontally extending, intersecting the bottom of the metal bowl. Metal bar has ribbing closest to bowl. At bottom of bowl there is a protruding metal ring. Top lip of bowl has four protruding screws on outside raised rim. |
