Description |
Oliver 23B 2-Way Plow, c. 1910-1920s. Riding hillside plow has two 3x3 boards offset from one another forming the 2-bottom heavy beams that switch back and forth. Body is solid metal and has a curved seat bracket with a perforated conforming seat at top center. On either side are arms with grips and levers for adjusting the blade placement/height. Black blades (2) are attached to curved metal beams behind and below seat. Except for blades, entire unit is painted red. Two serpentine metal rods stick out back sides in front of blades. |
