    Cerise Going Away Dress, 1962. Cerise shantung dress with princess seams on bust, extended cap sleeves, notched neckline, and knife pleats on skirt. Dress has been altered at waist in back, to expand two of the pleats. Back closure with hook and thread loop at neck and hidden steel zipper, painted cerise, down back. Bodice is flat-lined in cerise nylon and skirt is unlined. Three white makers labels inside skirt.

    Cerise Going Away Jacket, c. 1962. Cerise shantung bolero-cut jacket with three-quarter length sleeves, and mandarin collar. Jacket has three large pearlescent plastic buttons, 1.375 inches in diameter, and welted buttonholes down front. Jacket is lined in cerise silk and has two white makers labels inside.

    Chinese Wedding Dress, c. 1947-1948. Is primarily gold with black accents. There is a white floral pattern all over the dress with black tips, and each flower has a red, orange, green, or blue inlay. The dress has two slits at its base approximately 6" in length. Has a zipper that runs about halfway up the right side, then connects to four fasteners. Two of the fasteners are from a raised, black floral design that fasten like a button.

    Lavender and Gold Wedding Shawl, n.d. Shawl is in lavender silk with specks of gold around the outside border of the scarf. On each side of the shawl, the design is a golden branch with some leaves connected to the branch. The gold specks on the scarf seemed to have been tagged on and looks to be handmade.
