Iron belt pulley used to run blacksmithing bellows, a trip-hammer or other tools via wind or water power--one disk mounts to the power source while the other side mounts to the tool. Unit has a central rod with one large disk on right and what looks like three tapered connected disks on left. There is a triangular piece on rod between disks. Unit mount on ends via two upside-down V-brackets. |
