Description |
Vertebrae Fossil, 2.5 ma to 11.7 ta. Pleistocene body fossil, possibly vertebrae centrum epiphysis (aka ring epiphysis) found in Millbrae with the mammoth teeth by Dr. Frank M. Stanger in 1943. Thick saucer shaped specimen, grey and brown in color. Concentric circles faintly visible on concave side with a crack bisecting the piece. Shallow cracks on obverse side as well. White, dusty patches throughout. |
