Description |
San Mateo County Deputy Sheriff Badge. Gold-colored, seven-pointed star-shaped badge. There are two points at the top of the badge, two on the left, two on the right, and one on the bottom. All points except for the bottom have a fleur-de-lis relief design on them, the bottom point has the numbers "107" stamped in blue with a triangular design beneath it. The middle of the badge has a half circle with the text "DEPUTY / SHERIFF / SAN MATEO CO" stamped in blue. Below the word "DEPUTY" there is a relief of two handguns, on the proper right is a revolver and on the proper left is a pistol; the guns are facing each other. Below the word "SHERIFF" there is a relief of two rifles that are crossed. |
