Oneida Ltd. was a joint-stock company founded in 1880 by former members of a religious and social utopia in Oneida, New York. From 1894 to 1917 it was largely managed by Pierrepont Burt Noyes, the son of one of the founders. It has since expanded into a multinational flatware manufacturing corporation.
