Description |
Graduation Cap, c. 1963-1978. Graduation cap made of white satin material wrapped around a square of sturdy cardboard or other material. Centered on the bottom is a dome shape to go around the wearer's head made of the same fabric and a white, almost papery lining; it has seams at the front and back of the dome and comes to slight points at the ends of these seams. Against the flat cardboard at the inside top of this dome is a paper E.R. Moore Co. brand label insert. Centered on the top of the cap is a round button, also covered in the same white fabric. |
