Print, Photographic |
Description |
Three canoes, with a man, two children, and a women in them, in a narrow channel - possibly Redwood Creek adjacent to the port. A lattice-work boathouse is behind the stream, with wooden steps leading to the water. "[B?ll] Canoe Club" is lettered on the boathouse. To the right of the boathouse, and farther back, is a larger boat out of the water and resting at an angle sloping toward the camera. Another child is posing on this boat. To the right is what appears to be a curving plank, with another child posing on it. Part of a barn or similar structure built on a raised platform is visible on the left side of the photo. Parts of several other structures are visible in the background. It is not clear if these are houses or commercial structures. |
