Masonic Temple in Burlingame, February 1964. Black and white negative of the Masonic Temple on the corner of Park Road and Howard Avenue in Burlingame, California. The Masonic Temple is a large three-story building with neoclassical architectural elements. The words "MASONIC TEMPLE" are written across the top of the builidng. Masonic symbols and imagery appear on parts of the building. Caine Cleaners, a laundromat, appears next to the temple at lower right of the image. There are three cars parked in front of the buildings. Photographer Norton Pearl notes that the building was later remodeled by the Peninsula Bank. Part of a series. |
