    San Mateo County Sheriff's Office Earl B. Whitmore Ink Stamp. Wood-mounted rubber stamp with text that reads "EARL B. WHITMORE, SHERIFF / BY___________ / DEPUTY". Wooden handle is hour-glass in shape and has a dark red stain and clear varnish coating.
