A top of J-shape is a six-sided nut(?), above which are four brass whistles where air flows through and into one of the four various sized brass pipes above.    Frank's Tannery Locker Identification Sign. Sign is from a single length of redwood that has been painted on one side and varnished on at least one other side. Paint is maroon-colored with white stenciled numbers one through five. On either side of the numbers is a white vertical line with a half circle in the center of the line. There are six sets of two vertical holes on ends and between each number for mounting.
