  3. Holt Scraper, 1909 - Weeder

    1909 Holt scraper is solid iron with a 2x4-inch wooden crosspiece above box. Back beam handle is curved iron. Box has a curved back, flat sides and open front. Top wooden beam is affixed via iron nuts and bolts to one of many notches in thick iron bracket that is mounted to sides and extend in front of and above box for adjusting scraper angle. Two looped iron rods extend out front and are mounted to inside sides of box.

  4. Homemade Weeder/Scraper - Weeder

    Homemade Weeder/Scraper has a flat wooden wheel lined on outside with a flat piece of iron metal. Wooden bracket extends from wheel at back of which are mounted two wooden handles with perpendicular wooden grips mounted to ends. Handles are supported by an iron bar cross piece. Perpendicular T-shaped iron scraper with a flat bottom is mounted to wooden bracket behind wheel.

  5. Scraper - Scraper, Earth

    Scraper. Used for moving dirt. Large solid iron blade is painted gray and bent at an obtuse angle with wooden sides affixed with bolts and framed at top and bottom with metal until the wood tapers into rectangular arms used as handles. Metal chain with loop on end is used for attaching to horse.
