   Malt Extract (Tonic) Bottle, c. 1887-1930. Glass beer bottle is amber in color with a tapered top that ends in a thin vertical neck. Rim has a wide lip. Bottle is pressed glass with a vertical seam extending up one side. "Johann Hoff" embossed at top of base.

   Clear glass with "straw" tint proprietary druggest bottle. Bottle is rectangular with one embossed flat side and other side rounded. Narrow neck with flared rim. Side mold seams to finish; mouth blown; air venting holes.
