    Bank of Italy, c. 1910. Black-and-white portrait-oriented photograph shows six men in dark suits standing in front of the entrance to San Francisco's Bank of Italy. The entrance is a tall, rounded doorway in a marble building with a column on either side. "Bank of Italy" is painted in gold on the glass above the door.

Front with raised circular seal showing the image of a masted ship and the text, "Bank of Italy / California / ,,," embossed on circumference of seal. Embossed lettering on binding reads, "SAVE / and / SAVE / BENJAMIN / FRANKLIN / Vol.I."
