"Identical twins Diana and Lisa Gee graduated from playing table tennis in their game room in San Carlos to venues around the world, including the Olympics. They held two of the top four spots in the national doubles titles, gold medals at the Pan American Games and competed in World championships. Diana was a U.S. Olympian at Seoul in 1988 and Barcelona in 1992, and U.S. Table Tennis Association Sportswoman of the Year. Lisa was a Pan Am Games gold medal team member, U.S. amateur singles champion and, like her sister, winner of dozens of regional and national titles in both singles and doubles." [2009.030.072] |
