NORMA GALLAGHER is an inspiration to everyone who knows her. Despite her personal struggle with disabling arthritis, she continues to fight for the rights of people with disabilities and bring insight and sensitivity to their special needs. She assisted in the creation of the Easter Seal Society Adult Day Acitivities Program. She was instrumental in developing a program with the American Cancer Society for mastectomy patients. She developed and coordinated the LLAMA program which deals with people in need of learning motor assessment assistance. She raised four children and has 25 years of marketing experience. Norma is President of the Developmental Disabilities Council. |
