OLGA CHAMBERS of Hillsborough. Ms. Chambers has been as resident of the Bay Area and San mateo County since 1929 and is the founder of Dollar Watchers, a non0profit organization that provides financial and budget counseling services to individuals and families. Ms. Chambers was the first woman teacher/counselor in the San Mateo County Juvenile Schools at Camp Glenwood, Hillcrest Juvenile Hall and she set up the San Mateo County Shelter School Program for battered and dependent children in 1976. She is a member of the peninsula professional women's connections. Ms. Chamber s has also been active as a business woman, volunteer, lecturer and judge of various photographic studios and camera clubs and is currently pursuing an avocation as a portrait painter. |
