Single strand of one cuff appears to have been cut off; remaining portion has two additional sets of deep cut markings. Accompanied by cardboard manufacturer's box (B & C). |

This item belonged to either donor's grandfather John Pawson, who was a San Mateo Police Officer from 1951-1973, or to his uncle Gjon T. Pawson, who was a Deputy with the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office from 1981-1986 and a Security Guard for Bay Meadows from Summer 2001-April 2003. |
