Description Wood and acrylic plaque commemorating Keith Comstock of San Carlos High School and Canada College who was inducted into the San Mateo County Sports Hall of Fame on June 22, 2006. Plaque includes image of Comstock and a brief biography: "As a youngster growing up, Keith Comstock got his competitive baseball baptism in San Carlos. He spent a lot of time at Burton Park in that community. At San Carlos High School and Canada College, he developed into one of the best left-handed pitchers ever here. He parlayed that craft into a major league career that lasted six seasons. His best campaign came in 1990 when he produced a 7-4 record for the Seattle Mariners. He also pitched professionally for two years in Japan."
