Description Crocheted Hot Plate Cover, n.d. 8in. diameter, 25in. circumference. Creme in color, hand-crocheted. 0.25in opening in the center (circular). 16 open dotted lines extend from the center to the edges. 16 triangular shapes made using a tighter crochet method extend from the center towards the edge. Edge consists of scalloped look made from evenly places knots 0.25in apart. On the bottom there is a 0.75in lip which held the cover in place. A string runs through the lip meeting at on point in the circle and creating a knot. (used as a tightening method)
