Description Double-barrel Dueling Pistol, c. 1850. Silver-plated double-barrel pistol has an iron trigger and double-locking mechanism. Etched scrollwork along sides, top center and back piece that affixes to the handle. Handle is missing. Metal loops beneath center part that connects both barrels, indicating that bottom of both barrels were once affixed to a base. Barrels are 4.5" in length.
