Description The Grand Army of the Potomac framed Lithgraph, n.d. Lithograph mounted under glass beneath a white mat inside a brown stained oak wooden frame with a gold-painted inner border. Text is affixed to the front bottom center of mat that reads, "THE GRAND ARMY OF THE POTOMAC. / PUBLISHED by / THOs. KELLY / 284 3rd AVE / NEW YORK." Image is black and white with the exception of some blue colored highlights and depicts officers on horseback in the foreground in front of an army of foot soldiers and calvary divided into multiple units. There are low sloping hills on both sides in the background. A structure on the hillside on the right is billowing smoke and the soldiers on the right are waving their caps at the figure in the center, possibly General Grant, who holds his feathered hat in his right hand at his side while his left hand holds the reigns of a white horse that is in motion.
