Description Wood and acrylic plaque commemorating Marty Hull of Sequoia High School who was inducted into the San Mateo County Sports Hall of Fame on June 21, 2007. Plaque includes image of Hull and a brief biography: "Let's just call Marty Hull "Aqua Man." Hull was born to swim. It's as simple as that. From the moment he entered Sequoia High School in the late 1950's, he was a star in the pool, setting national prep records. It was more of the same at Stanford University where he became an all-American in both swimming and water polo, setting collegiate marks along the way. Later as a coach, teacher, inventor, and businessman, he continues to provide inspiration and innovation for those who spend time in the water."
