Description San Mateo Union High School Cadets Flag, n.d. Dark indigo blue flag is made of silk fabric, is rectangular in shape and has a gold 2" cloth fringe, comprised of twisted cord, around the top, bottom and right sides. Left side has a 2.875" folded hem on back for inserting a flag pole. Machine-embroidered on front (and visible from back) in white thread are two inch letters that read, "22 nd. & 23 rd. COMPANIES / SAN MATEO UNION / HIGH SCHOOL CADETS." Center line of text is straight while top and bottom lines have a slight curve, arching around the center line.
