Description Plaque commemorating Rich Koeper of Sequoia High School being inducted into the San Mateo County Sports Hall of Fame on May 31, 1994. Plaque includes image of Koeper and a brief biography: "Rich Koeper was the anchor of the great Sequoia High School football teams of the late 1950s and early '60s who went on to star at Oregon State and play in the National Football League. / He played on two undefeated teams at Sequoia and was named NorCal Player of the Year and a Prep All-American. He was also tapped as Peninsula Athlete of the Year. / At Oregon State as an offensive lineman, he was All-Pacific Coast and second-team All American. He also played in the Hula Bowl, Liberty Bowl and Rose Bowl."
