Description Wood and acrylic plaque commemorating Peter Tuipulotu of San Mateo High School who was inducted into the San Mateo County Sports Hall of Fame on June 22, 2006. Plaque includes image of Tuipulotu and a brief biography: "Few prep athletes dominated the San Mateo County sporting scene in the mid-1980's more than Peter Tuipulotu. His Bearcat football teams ran off a 27-game winning streak. And he was the linchpin of those standout ballclubs. In 1986, he was chosen as the Bay Area offensive player of the year. At Brigham Young University, he racked up more than 2,500 yards of offense and scored 21 touchdowns during his career there. He than played a total of six seasons in the National Football League and Canadian Football League."
