Description Wood and acrylic plaque commemorating Neal Dahlen of Capuchino High School who was inducted into the San Mateo County Sports Hall of Fame on June 9, 1999. Plaque includes image of Dahlen and a brief biography: "Neal Dahlen is unique. No one else in the history of the National Football League has accomplished what he has: A total of seven Super Bowl rings, five with the San Francisco 49ers and two more with the Denver Broncos. Dahlen, an administrator/personnel expert, got his football start in San Mateo County at places like Capuchino High School in San Bruno, Hillsdale High School in San Mateo, and the College of San Mateo. As a player, coach, and front office operative, Dahlen is in a class by himself."
