Description Wood and acrylic plaque commemorating Pat Lovell of Sequoia High School who was inducted into the San Mateo County Sports Hall of Fame on June 23, 2005. Plaque includes image of Lovell and a brief biography: "You could say that wrestling is Pat Lovell's middle name. In one way or another, he's been involved in the sport for a half-century. He got his start at Sequoia High School and progressed to the point where he was a member of the U.S. Olympic Team in 1964. He was also a standout football player. He played for Sequoia and later Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo. He coached wrestling at Cabrillo College in Aptos for 25 years. As a wrestling official, he was the U.S. Wrestling Federation Official of the Year twice in the 1970s."
