Description U.S. Exclusionary Flag, c. 1850-1861. United States miniature flag on short light colored wooden stick. Flag edge is secured by wrapping around and adhering to the wood. 12 stars on blue square and 13 red stripes printed on ivory linen. Stripes separated from blue square by 1/8" gap. Proper side is matte while backside has slight sheen.
