Plaque includes image of Gogan and a brief biography: "Kevin Gogan, a product of Pacifica, was big right from birth. His size prevented him from being eligible for some youth sports. But he began to blossom in high school and college as a football player of great promise. At the University of Washington, he was an honorable mention all-American as an offensive lineman. Later, in the National Football League, he was a member of two Super Bowl championship teams in Dallas. He became an all-Pro with the Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders. In 1997, he signed with the 49ers."
