Description Water Color Painting of Hillbarn Theater by R. Hulstede. Building is white with brown wood at lower level. The front porch had three steps and railing leading up to the small landing in front of the door. Just left of door is a tall steeple, and on either side are two perpendicularly facing steep roofs. There is shrubbery at front of the building and tress in the background. To the right of the door is a sign that says "HILLBARN / MOVE TO / CARLMONT / SHOPPING / CENTER / SEPT." Water color is in a vertical format, mounted behind a white matt, under glass, in a white, wooden frame.

Taped on back with gold tape with a green design is a newspaper clipping advertising "Spufford" a modern comedy by Peter De Vries opening the 1970-71 season on October 17th.
