Description Plaque commemorating Bob Brian being inducted into the San Mateo County Sports Hall of Fame on May 25, 1996. Plaque includes image of Brian and a brief biography: "Bob Brian has coached baseball for more than 45 years. As the 1996 season opened, he was heading into his 42nd high school varsity campaign. His overall prep record was 595-355. He was third on the California list of all-time winningest high school baseball coaches. His South San Francisco High teams have won 16 North Peninsula League championships. Counting fall and summer developmental baseball programs, it is estimated that Brian has coached in about 120 baseball games per year during his long and productive tenure in San Mateo County."
