Image of 2015.009.002 - Barnett & Jaffe Photographic Slide Case, c. 1950-1955.  Locking case is made of wood covered with brown and gold colored diagonally striped paper.  Case opens in front to reveal two rows of four drawers each.  Front of drawers are covered in brown paper and have thin metal handles and a tiny label slot in the front.  Drawer itself is brown colored plastic with 30 slots to hold horizontal-shaped three-dimensional slides.  Case has no handle and has four plastic feet on the bottom.  When accessioned, some drawers contained slides and paper notes describing slide provenance.

JoAnn Semones' Family Slides from Japan, 1949-1950. A collection of family slides from JoAnn Semones during her time in Japan in a grey metallic Kodaslide Compartment File box (2017.008.136). Includes a typed guide for each set of slides, and negatives. Slides are labeled and separated into sections: Daddy's Arrival (J-1 to J-20), Street Scenes and Korea (J-21 to J-53) and Our Arrival, 1949/1950 (J-54 to J-227).

2017.008.026.004 - JoAnn Semones' collection of other slides, 1952-1960

A collection of slides from JoAnn Semones of her time in Enid, Oklahoma, her first communion and her time in Resada, California. Includes a typed guide for each set of slides, and negatives. Each slide is located at the bottom of the yellow Kodak Ready Mount boxes. They are separate by sections: Enid, Oklahoma, 1952/1953 (E-1 to E-3), First Communion, 1953/1954 (C-1 to C-19), and Resada, California, 1956/1960 (R-1 to R-10).
