In the rectangle is "**10**" printed in black ink indicating the number of shares. In the middle of the paper, towards the left edge is a corporate seal. The seal is a circle printed in black ink. The Likes of the outer edge of the circle are made of small vertical lines. An inner circle is created from small dots. To the right of the circle is a large pink rectangle printed in small horizontal lines. The shares are also printed here in black. A rectangular piece is torn our of the pink rectangle. Presumably this is where the stock holder's name was printed. Below that is another red, patterned rectangle. Four horizontal gray lines break the document into sections. One at the top of the document, one is in the middle and two are near the bottom. The stock certificate was countersigned and registered by Harris Trust and Savings Bank. The bank is from Chicago, but Raychem is incorporated in Delaware. Text printed on the front next to the seal indicates the reverse side contains "...a Statement as to the Rights, Preferences, Privileges and Restrictions of Shares".  The back is text printed vertically in black ink.

"Raychem paid $25,000 for the production plus a fee to Dave Goelz.  It was filmed at channel 7 studios in San Francisco.    The video was made in 1974, before Dave Goelz was hired by Jim Henson to work full time for him. The video was written and directed by Stan Christensen, the puppeteer was Dave Goelz, and "Ray's Song" was written by Stan Christensen and performed by nightwings. Script consultants were Larry Hayes and Lynn Chapman (who hired Dave Goelz to make this video).
This short movie was shown by Raychem at Cable TV trade shows around the country. Dave Goelz was often present at the showings with Ray."

Image of 2017.006.001 - Raychem Trans-Alaska, c. 1975-1976. One 16mm color film with sound, approximately 500' and 13 minutes 42 seconds. The film shows the production and installation of a corrosion protection material called Arcticlad, which Raychem developed for coating pipelines during the construction of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. The film was originally stored in a brown metal film canister, 9.5" diameter x 1" with a Raychem Corporation label covered with a business card for Rodney L. Derbyshire. A piece of broken leader stored with the film has handwritten text in black ink that reads, "Raychem Trans-Alaska."
