The circle is a print of a muscular man sitting. He is wearing a white and gray robe. The white portion of the robe drapes over his left shoulder and onto a table. The gray robe portion covers part of his chest and goes between his legs. He is looking at a test tube in his right hand. His left hand holds a measuring device. Near his left foot is a black microscope. There is a cloud near his right knee. Other science equipment is behind his back. To the right of this circle is a large red rectangle with the same embossed pattern as the square. In the upper right is a pink rectangle printed with horizontal lines. Presumably this is where the stock holder's name was printed. Below that is another red, patterned rectangle. Four horizontal gray lines break the document into sections. One at the top of the document, one is in the middle and two are near the bottom. The stock certificate was countersigned and registered by Harris Trust and Savings Bank. The bank is from Chicago, but Raychem is incorporated in Delaware. Text printed on the front next to the seal indicates the reverse side contains "...a Statement as to the Rights, Preferences, Privileges and Restrictions of Shares".  The back is text printed vertically in black ink.

Ray the Raychem seal is a puppet performed by Dave Goelz who interacts with a woman named Sandy who demonstrates heat-shrink drop seal hookup products in front of a small audience.
The physical videotape has a black plastic outer case with an attached clear plastic sleeve at center. A paper label is adhered to the spine of the case with black ink text that reads, "RAYCHEM EXHIBIT SHOW  /  Duplicated by  televisionassociates  2410 Charleston Road  Mountain View  California 94043  Telephone 415 967-6040." The same label is adhered to the top front side of the videocassette. "Copyrighted Program" is printed in black ink on the metal hinge piece that covers the magnetic tape. The cassette sits within the case over a clear plastic strip that one can lift to help remove the cassette from the case. The end of the strip is embossed with "JAPAN TOKYO".
