Scope & Content WWII Poster, 1943. A white poster in a blue background with two men in two different colored parachutes, one white, and one blue, jumping down and a wooden crate connected to a red parachute on top near by the two men with parachutes. There is some painted text on the blue background of the poster that says "Where out men are fighting / OUR FOOD IS FIGHTING / BUY WISELY- COOK CAREFULLY- STORE CAREFULLY-USE LEFTOVERS." On the very bottom of the poster, there is some more printed text that says "OWI POSTER NO. 35. Additional copies may be obtained upon request from the Division of Public Inquires, Office of War Information, Washington D.C. / U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE : 1943-O-506016".
