Poster with a white background on top and bottom with two pencil engravings of two women at a store buying cans of rations from a mustached man at a counter. The first one has the one woman, with a firm angry look, buying all the cans of rations from the man at the counter and the other woman with an angry look at the man who points to the woman who bought all the rations. In the first engraving, on top of the woman buying all the rations, in a painted white border with red bold lettering, the text says "WITHOUT RATIONING". The word "WITHOUT"  is underlined. The second one has the man smiling and giving one can of rations to both women who are both smiling. On top of the woman on the left, in a painted white border with red bold lettering, the text says "WITH RATIONING". The word "WITH" is underlined. In the middle of both engravings, in a red background border with white and big lettering, the text reads "Rationing means a fair share for all of us." At the bottom middle of the poster, printed in black, bold and tiny lettering, the text reads "U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE  :  1943--O-514175". Image of 2014.029.005 - Poster of 1998 Decorators' Show House of the Crosby Estate, 1998. Color poster, 18 x 24, with an overall background color of sage green. At the top of the poster in darker green print text reads, "APRIL 26 - MAY 24." Around the edges of the poster is a white border and breaking the line of the border is a picture in each corner. The top right hand picture is a painting of a woman wearing a hat and a white dress. In the lower right-hand corner is a picture of three red roses with three green leaves. In the upper left corner is a picture of an Oscar statue. In the lower left-hand corner there is a picture of an ornate chair. The chair has cupid and flower decorations on the cushion. A large oval appears at center outlined by two darker green lines. Above the oval in dark gray writing is, "1998 DECORATORS' SHOW HOUSE." Below the word 'SHOW' is a graphic of a black and yellow butterfly with motion lines. Inside the circle is a photograph of the Hillsborough Crosby estate that shows a white house with a gray roof. There is a lawn visible around the building. On the lawn in white cursive script is "The Crosby Estate." To the right inside the oval is an illustration of Bing Crosby wearing a brimmed hat and smoking a pipe.  He is wearing a light blue collared shirt, a darker blue sweater, gray pants, and golf shoes. His left arm is bent with his fist on his hip and he holds a golf club in his right hand. Crosby stands with his right leg over his left. The illustration of Crosby is printed over the photo of the estate at center with his lower legs outside of the oval on the background of the poster. Text at the bottom of the poster reads, "BENEFITING THE COYOTE POINT MUSEUM  /  FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION."

Image of 2016.001.049 - Raychem Stock Certificate, 1997. Textured paper stock certificate with black, red gray and pink ink. The top right corner has a square in embossed in red ink. The square contains a textured pattern. Inside the square towards the upper left is a rectangle. The rectangle is printed in pink ink with tight horizontal lines. Printed in the pink rectangle, in black ink, is the stock certificate number: "HCU 94566". To the right of the red square is a circle embossed in black ink. The circle is a print of a muscular man sitting. He is wearing a white and gray robe. The white portion of the robe drapes over his left shoulder and onto a table. The gray robe portion covers part of his chest and goes between his legs. He is looking at a test tube in his right hand. His left hand holds a measuring device. Near his left foot is a black microscope. There is a cloud near his right knee. Other science equipment is behind his back. To the right of this circle is a large red rectangle with the same embossed pattern as the square. In the upper right is a pink rectangle printed with horizontal lines. In the rectangle is "**10**" printed in black ink indicating the number of shares. In the middle of the paper, towards the left edge is a corporate seal. The seal is a circle printed in black ink. The Likes of the outer edge of the circle are made of small vertical lines. An inner circle is created from small dots. To the right of the circle is a large pink rectangle printed in small horizontal lines. The shares are also printed here in black. A rectangular piece is torn our of the pink rectangle. Presumably this is where the stock holder's name was printed. Below that is another red, patterned rectangle. Four horizontal gray lines break the document into sections. One at the top of the document, one is in the middle and two are near the bottom. The stock certificate was countersigned and registered by Harris Trust and Savings Bank. The bank is from Chicago, but Raychem is incorporated in Delaware. Text printed on the front next to the seal indicates the reverse side contains "...a Statement as to the Rights, Preferences, Privileges and Restrictions of Shares".  The back is text printed vertically in black ink.
